South Carolina Highway Patrol looking for a driver after finding an empty car flipped over in the middle of the road on Storm Branch Road in Clearwater SC, this morning at around 3am.
Patrolmen say that the driver was already gone by the time they arrived and now they are looking for the driver.
Reports indicate that at least one car was rolled over on the side of the road.
No additional details have been revealed but this story is developing.
