October is Domestic Violence awareness month

Okay...This story just happened and we're only 3 days into domestic Violence awareness month. I posted this particular video because of A MAJOR problem when it comes to prosecuting CDV.  The Victims.  After "Baby Hulk" beats, kicks and stabs her for a total of 40 minutes, he then drags her out of the house and leaves her laying on the steps of the house for the neighbors to find. She shows up in the courthouse to ask the judge for leniency and also tells the police to tell the judge it was partly her fault. THIS is a huge part of what makes it so hard to prosecute. Will we ever truly address this issue? Time will tell.  If you know of anyone or you are a victim yourself please seek help. Call the National Domestic Violence hotline.  Advocates are available 24/7 at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) in more than 200 languages.  All calls are free and confidential.
